I was recently given a gift of Dulce de Leche cupcakes from In Style Cupcakes. They had some wonderful, caramely, dulce de leche tucked inside. They were SOOOO good!!! And no, they're not paying me to say this either. They were the inspiration for this little calorie-free birthday cupcake painting. Enjoy!
