Rita, from Rita's Creative Nest on etsy, wrote very eloquently about Project Maddie in her blog. It's heartwarming to have so many uwib team members rally round Brie in her efforts to help save Maddie! One example of this generosity is the purchaser of this painting.  Another uwib, she actually asked me to ship it to Brie as a present and a keepsake of her kitty! Isn't  that incredible? The unique women in business is an awesome group!  


The original oil painting has very textured, impasto paint and I used brushes and palette knives. It has since been sold 
but 100% of my profits on  Fineartamerica  prints and cards is pledged to Maddie's fund.
