This month’s photo from the Different Strokes from Different Folks challenge was Airport Travelers. I guess because I haven’t been drawing and painting for too long, I find it very intimidating to paint the human form. So, I didn’t really find this challenge to be one I even wanted to tackle, but hey, I figure that each time that I paint something, anything, I learn something new. Remember I’m mostly self-taught! So, I did finish this little impressionistic oil painting, for what it’s worth, and it occurred to me to put it on auction and whatever I generate from it’s sale, I’ll donate to one of my favorite charities, Smiley Train.
