Cafe Con Leche at Moffitt Cancer Center

The Moffitt Cancer Center is one of the "finest cancer centers in the world" according to their web site.  Their mission is to contribute to the prevention and cure of cancer. Moffitt’s vision,  is "to be the leader in scientific discovery and translation into compassionate care, cures, and prevention of cancer for our community and the world."  I'm glad they exist.

So you can imagine how incredibly pleased honored I was when they contacted me recently regarding my Cafe Con Leche Original Oil painting.  They chose this piece to represent a special event they're having this coming Wednesday.  The title they had chosen for this "charla"  was "Cafe con Leche & Discussion about Lymphedema" and my painting seemed to fit the bill perfectly! Doesn't it fit in nicely?  They will raffle it at the event.
Since the flyer is in Spanish, here is the translation:

Join us for coffee with milk and biscuits, and
hear information in Spanish about lymphedema.

Wednesday, June 9 from 10-11 am
in the meeting room "Ferman Family"
Vincent Research Building A. Stabile (Vincent A.
Stabile Research Building).
Tampa
